Shipping policy

At SLmartRomania, we ensure that your products arrive quickly and safely. Our trusted partners for all deliveries within Romania are the courier services: Cargus, Fan Courier, Sameday, DPD, and Dragon Star.

1. Delivery Time (Estimates)

We process orders promptly so you can enjoy your products as soon as possible:

  • Orders placed Monday – Thursday (before 2:00 PM): Delivery in approximately 24 hours.

  • Orders placed Monday – Thursday (after 2:00 PM): Delivery in a maximum of 48 hours.

  • Orders placed from Thursday (after 2:00 PM) until Friday (2:00 PM): Delivery will take place on Monday.

  • Orders placed from Friday (after 2:00 PM) until Sunday: Delivery will take place on Tuesday.

Note: For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery time may take up to 48 hours from the dispatch date.


2. Delivery Costs

Cost transparency is important to us. Regardless of your order volume (unless the free shipping threshold is met), the fee is fixed:

  • Standard Delivery Fee: 15 LEI.

  • FREE DELIVERY: For all orders with a total value exceeding 500 LEI.


3. Managing Heavy Packages (30 kg Limit)

To ensure product integrity and compliance with transport regulations, we have established the following rule:

  • Maximum weight per package: 30 kg.

  • Bulky orders: If your products exceed 30 kg, we will pack them in two or more separate packages.

  • No hidden costs: Even if we send the order in multiple pachetes, you will still pay only a single 15 lei fee (or zero, if you exceed 500 lei).


4. Important Conditions Upon Receipt

  • Product Integrity: All products are delivered in the manufacturer’s original, sealed packaging.

  • Customer Obligation: In the event of a failed delivery attempt, it is your responsibility to contact the courier using the details in the notification to reschedule the receipt of the package.

  • Package Inspection: We recommend checking the external condition of the package upon arrival. If you notice severe signs of damage, please mention this in the courier’s official report (delivery protocol).


5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to meet delivery deadlines, we do not assume liability for delays caused by external factors:

  • Extreme weather conditions;

  • Peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Holidays);

  • Cases of force majeure or unpredictable unavailability in the manufacturers’ stocks.
